Qkaey is committed to ensuring safe and seamless transactions for vendors and buyers, which is why we utilize Stripe as our payout platform. To provide services on Qkaey, vendors must have a linked Stripe Connect account. The setup process is straightforward and can be completed within minutes by navigating to your Qkaey profile, clicking on the dashboard in the menu, and selecting “set up payouts.”
It is essential to provide accurate personal information during the setup process to avoid any payout issues. Once the payout is set up, vendors can list their services and start accepting payments for their bookings. After the vendor delivers the service and all agreed-upon deliverables, they should mark the order as complete and kindly request the client to do the same.
The client has three options to choose from: mark the order as complete, reject the delivery, or open a dispute. If the client marks the order as complete, the vendor will receive an instant payout, and the funds will be sent directly to their Stripe connected account. However, if the client rejects the delivery, the vendor should contact the client to resolve the issue. In case of a dispute, payouts will be halted, and both parties will be contacted to find a fair and satisfactory solution within 3-10 business days.
If the client takes no action on the Qkaey platform after the vendor has provided the service and delivered all the agreed-upon deliverables, the vendor can mark the order as complete. If the client takes no action by either completing the order, rejecting the delivery, or opening a dispute, after the order has been marked as complete for 48 hours, the order will automatically be completed, and an immediate payout will be triggered.
To ensure fast payouts, vendors should deliver exceptional services, provide an online gallery via the Qkaey platform, and deliver all agreed-upon deliverables in a timely manner.
