Booking Terms

Welcome to Qkaey, a marketplace operated by Qkaey, LLC, where users can find photographers, videographers, and photo booths for hire. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Qkaey website and mobile application (the “Site”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. By using the Site or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service and any additional terms and conditions provided on the Site. If you do not want to agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

1. Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the use of Qkaey platform by buyers who wish to purchase services from vendors listed on the platform. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Services: Qkaey provides a platform that enables buyers to purchase photography, videography, and photo booth services from vendors. We do not provide these services ourselves but rather, we facilitate the transaction between buyers and vendors. The quality of services provided by vendors is their responsibility and Qkaey does not guarantee the quality of services provided.
3. Booking and Payment: Once you have selected a vendor and agreed on the details of the service to be provided, you will be required to make payment through our platform. By making payment, you agree to be bound by the cancellation policy and other booking terms and conditions set by the vendor. It is important that you review these terms and conditions before making payment as they will be strictly enforced.
4. Cancellation Policy: Each vendor sets their own cancellation policy which you will be required to agree to before making payment. If you wish to cancel a booking, you must do so in accordance with the vendor’s cancellation policy. If you cancel outside of the cancellation policy, you may be charged a cancellation fee by the vendor.
5. Disputes and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with the service provided by a vendor, please contact them directly to resolve the issue. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the vendor, please contact Qkaey for assistance. We will work with you and the vendor to resolve the issue. If a refund is required, it will be processed in accordance with the vendor’s refund policy.
6. Intellectual Property: All content on the Qkaey platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Qkaey and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not use any content on the platform without the express written permission of Qkaey.
7. Limitation of Liability: Qkaey is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform or the services provided by vendors. We do not guarantee the quality of services provided by vendors and we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of these services.
8. Privacy Policy: We take the privacy of our users seriously. Our privacy policy sets out how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. By using our platform, you agree to the terms of our privacy policy.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware. Any disputes arising from the use of our platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Delaware.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions. Qkaey may update these terms and conditions from time to time. We will notify users of any changes by posting a notice on our platform. By continuing to use our platform, you agree to be bound by the updated terms and conditions.
